Key Responsibilities
Ansible Development (Primary Focus)
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and modules.
- Automate server provisioning, OS configuration, application deployment, patching, and configuration management.
- Develop modular and scalable automation using YAML, Jinja2 templates, variables, handlers, tags, and Ansible Vault.
- Create and maintain dynamic and static inventories.
- Develop idempotent playbooks following Ansible best practices.
- Integrate playbooks with Git repositories and maintain version control.
- Troubleshoot playbook failures and optimize execution performance.
- Develop custom automation using Ansible modules, shell scripts, or Python when required.
- Create reusable automation components and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Linux, middleware, cloud, and application teams to automate operational tasks.
Ansible Automation Platform (Secondary Focus)
- Manage automation using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- Configure and manage Automation Controller, including Inventories, Credentials, Projects, Job Templates, and Workflow Templates.
- Manage Execution Environments, Automation Hub, and RBAC.
- Schedule and monitor automation jobs.
- Support AAP upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Preferred Experience
- 4–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Ansible Playbook development.
- Experience implementing automation in enterprise production environments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred.
- Only Male candidates are required
- No rotation shifts.
