What You Will Do
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs (Methods of Procedure) for automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation strategies.
- Lead integration and testing processes to ensure seamless software deployment.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Utilize scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development workflows.
- Conduct performance testing and API testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in the automation framework and test scripts.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance principles throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Automation Framework Development.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in Performance Testing and API Testing.
Preferred Experience
- Certifications in relevant automation tools or methodologies.
- Specialized training in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
