What You Will Do
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs (Method of Procedures) for IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
- Lead integration and testing processes for new IT solutions.
- Manage network administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee server management, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Implement and manage cloud computing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data.
- Apply ITIL framework principles to improve service delivery and management.
- Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Configure and maintain hardware components to support IT infrastructure.
- Manage database systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Lead project management initiatives to drive IT projects to successful completion.
- Document IT processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Network Administration and Server Management.
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Security Protocols and best practices.
- Experience in Backup and Recovery Solutions.
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework for IT service management.
- Proficient in Scripting Languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with Monitoring Tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
- Strong skills in Hardware Configuration.
- Experience in Database Management (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
Preferred Experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure.
