Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be proficient in various frameworks and technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs (Methods of Procedure) for software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Lead integration and testing processes to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Java and related technologies.
  • Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
  • Version control experience using Git.
  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Experience with Unit Testing frameworks.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Additional certifications in Java or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
