What You Will Do
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs (Method of Procedures) for network automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Lead integration and testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Utilize NSO expertise to design and develop network services using YANG data modeling.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
- Apply NETCONF and RESTCONF protocols for network device management.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues in network automation.
- Stay updated with cloud computing concepts and integrate them into network solutions.
- Adopt Agile methodologies to enhance project management and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in NSO (Network Services Orchestrator) and its functionalities.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with YANG data modeling for network services.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with NETCONF and RESTCONF protocols.
- Hands-on experience with the Cisco NSO platform.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience in network automation and configuration management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and their application in networking.
Preferred Experience
- Relevant certifications in network automation or cloud technologies.
