Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Openshift Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture and container orchestration, with a focus on OpenShift and Kubernetes. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring security best practices are followed.

What You Will Do
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed MOPs (Method of Procedures) for OpenShift deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native applications.
- Lead integration and testing processes for containerized applications.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on DevOps practices.
- Engage in system design discussions and API management strategies.
- Facilitate agile methodologies to improve team collaboration and project delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker for container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of Linux Administration and Networking concepts.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Experience with Monitoring and Logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Familiarity with Security Best Practices in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Preferred Experience
- Relevant certifications in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or cloud architecture.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and design.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
