Role Overview

  • Strong experience in OCP, Kubernetes, ACS, ACM, Argo CD, GitOps, and CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, infrastructure, networking, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, load balancing, ingress, storage, and virtualization.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex issues across OpenShift, platform, ingress, networking, and underlying infrastructure.
  • Ability to understand and explain end-to-end platform workflows and how different OpenShift components interact with each other and external systems.
  • Strong understanding of OpenShift architecture, Routes, Services, Ingress, Operators, Projects/Namespaces, Pods, Nodes, and Cluster Operators.
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis, identify technical dependencies, and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to clearly explain the technical rationale behind architecture and design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer, Red Hat, infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams.
