- TM Forum standards, and a strong background in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- that support fault management, performance management, service assurance, and inventory management.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and architect comprehensive OSS solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for OSS deployment and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Lead integration and testing processes for OSS components, ensuring compliance with TM Forum standards and telecom protocols.
- Implement workflow automation and API integration to enhance operational efficiency and system interoperability.
- Drive adoption of cloud computing and microservices architecture to improve scalability and maintainability of OSS platforms.
- Apply DevOps practices and scripting languages to automate deployment, configuration management, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Perform data modeling and system integration to support fault management, performance management, and service assurance functionalities.
- Ensure security best practices are embedded throughout the OSS design and development lifecycle.
- Manage database systems and configuration management tools to maintain data integrity and system consistency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, report progress, and resolve issues promptly.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in OSS design, development, and architecture within telecom environments.
- Strong knowledge of network management systems and telecom protocols (e.g., SNMP, CORBA, NETCONF).
- Proficiency with TM Forum standards including SID, eTOM, and TAM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with fault management, performance management, service assurance, and inventory management systems.
- Expertise in workflow automation, API integration, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Strong skills in data modeling, system integration, and software development lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to apply agile methodologies in complex project environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices, database management, and configuration management tools.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in large-scale OSS deployments.
Preferred Experience
- Certifications related to TM Forum standards or telecom network management.
- Advanced training or certification in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with advanced DevOps certifications or training.
- Knowledge of emerging OSS technologies such as AI/ML for network analytics.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks relevant to telecom OSS environments.
