Reporting To
Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
What You Will Do
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues when required.
- Support sprint planning, task allocation, and status updates.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Help ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or IT project management.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Preferred Experience
- Internship or certification in Project Management or Agile/Scrum.
