What You Will Do
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to standardize processes and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead integration and testing processes to validate system design and functionality across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and product management to drive project success.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet delivery milestones and optimize costs.
- Provide technical architecture guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance to streamline deployment and release cycles.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder management by communicating progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Drive quality assurance processes to uphold high standards in software delivery and operational support.
- Plan and coordinate resource allocation to align with project priorities and organizational goals.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in software development lifecycle management and system design principles.
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Expertise in coding and scripting languages relevant to system integration and automation.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and technical architecture frameworks.
- Experience in project management tools and agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed MOPs and technical documentation.
Preferred Experience
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Specialized training in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) technologies.
- Experience with large-scale system deployments and performance tuning.
- Additional certifications in software architecture or technical leadership.
