Job Description
- At least 8 years working in a telecom operator (such as, Partner, Cellcom, PHI) as Performance analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of trouble shooting. OR At least 8 years of experience working for a large vendor (e.g. Ericsson, Nokia…) in one of the following positions in this order: field support engineer, performance analysis and similar
- • Knowledgeable in Radio Access Networks and\or mobile core networks.
- • Knowledgeable in the following areas: (as many as possible) : UMTS,LTE, VoLTE, 5G Mobile backhaul
- • Advance: experience in one of the following protocols: EUTRAN,NG-RAN
- • Knowledgeable in the following xDR protocols: SIP, ISUP, MAP, CAP, GnGp, Diamater.
- • Must: experience with analysis of performance measurements (OM), KPIs and/or alarms (on NSS & BSS levels), xDRs
- • Capable of dealing with urgent customers issues in a multi-tasking mod
- • Advance: experience in working with international customers
- • Advance: experience with IBM Netcool, HP TeMIP, Netscout, Astelia, QlickView OSS and analytic systems.
- • Advantage: Experience in Analytics methods , data analysis , SQL
- • Knowledgeable in the following areas (as many as possible) : SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, Syslog, VPN’s
• Advantage: Having Cisco educational degree as CCIP, CCNA
- • Advantage: Experience in configuring MRTG, RRD Tools or CACTI freeware tools
- • Advantage: expertise in more telecom domains like Mobile, WDM, OTN, FTTx and more.
