Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead OSS Telecom Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and validating OSS (Operational Support System) solutions in the telecom domain. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of OSS systems, including service provisioning, inventory management, and fault management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for OSS solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing of OSS modules such as service provisioning, network inventory, fault management, and order management.
- Validate integration between OSS and other systems, including BSS, NMS, and orchestration platforms.
- Conduct functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Use testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline test processes.
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation, including test coverage, results, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with telecom standards and protocols during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system quality
